I am awaiting planning permission
If you have submitted a Planning Application, in most cases Local Authorities require at least eight weeks to consider the application and make their decision.
Under the Party Wall Act, you are required to give your neighbours either one, or possibly two months' notice prior to the commencement of any work, depending on the nature of the work involved.
Whilst you are awaiting your Planning decision, The Hopps Partnership can discuss your scheme with you in more detail with you, familiarise ourselves with any plans you may have, and identify the affected Adjoining Owners so that Notices can be served promptly once Planning is received.
We can even begin the process whilst you are waiting for Planning by serving Notices on your neighbours, if you so wish.
This can save significantly on line in times for your project.
